Repair or replacement:

When a customer contacts

a damaged product we do the following:

1. We assess whether the product is repairable.

If we can save or restore it — we will.

We sand, refinish, repair and give it new life.


2. What if it can't be saved?

Then we will simply manufacture a new one for you.

Every injury is unique. Every solution is personal.


And the customer never pays for the work ! That's part of the promise.

If your product is damaged, for any reason:


  1. Take a picture of the damage.
  2. Email us at: reklamation@kornarpsgården.se
  3. Briefly tell what happened.


We always respond personally.
